Simplest way? Drop a TfrxPDFExport component on the Form that runs your report.
When you run the report, you'll see an additional button (PdfB) on the Report Preview form, click this and your report will be saved in PDF format at the location, and with the name, you specify. The Save button will now include "PDF File..." option as an alternative.
There are other options you can explore e.g. programmatically save the report to PDF...
Cheers, Paul
PS And if you are running Windows 10 you can avoid all of this by clicking the Print button on the Preview form and choose "Microsoft Print to PDF"
